Cafe fit-out in Dubai: cost and timeline

What a cafe fit-out costs, how long it takes, and where timelines slip.

Nothing needs you. Next article tomorrow, 06:00.

The list your dashboard keeps for the site. Three lines fill themselves; one waits for your approval, then fills too.

Most websites are invisible to Google for reasons nobody told the owner.

Meant SEO fixes what is keeping them out, submits your page list, and watches what Google does with each one.

Then it publishes one expert article a day, and customers find you instead of a competitor.

Four things Google needs. Most sites have one.

A site usually has pages. The rest nobody mentioned. Here is what each one is, and who does it.

  1. 01Checked automatically

    Can Google read your site?

Most sites have something quietly in the way.

Fifteen checks on the first day: can Google open the site, can it find every page, is each page telling it the right thing, is it fast enough. That is robots.txt, the sitemap, indexability, titles, structured data and speed, and you never have to learn which is which. Anything wrong comes with the fix written out, and one button sends the list to whoever built the site.

  2. 02Done automatically

    Is Google actually showing them?

A page Google has not looked at cannot be found by anyone.

One click connects your site to Google Search Console. From then on we submit your sitemap, the list of your pages, and ask Google about each one. When a page is not indexed, meaning Google is not showing it, we tell you and give you the button that asks again.

  3. 03You approve

Pages that say the right thing

Title tags and descriptions are the ad Google shows for you.

We draft new ones from your pages and the searches you already appear for. You approve; we change them in WordPress, Shopify or Webflow.

  4. 04Approve, or let it run

    New pages, every day

Google and AI assistants recommend businesses that answer questions.

One researched, edited, illustrated article every morning, on a search your customers type, published to your own site.

Your dashboard tracks the same four. Each one is marked done, running on its own, or needs you, and says why.

We read it the way a customer would, run the fifteen checks, and map what people search before they buy. About a minute, free.

  2. Approved

    3. Connect and let it run

Google in one click, your website in a few minutes. After that it runs on its own; you approve what needs approving, or nothing at all.

Nothing changes on your site without your approval.

Every fix shows the current text, the new text and the reason. Approve one, a page, or all. Skip any. If your platform keeps a field out of its API, it becomes a note for your developer instead, and the dashboard says so.

Done automatically

The checks, the sitemap, the pages Google is skipping, and the daily article once you turn automatic publishing on.

Approved by you

Every page fix, always. Every article until you switch on auto-publish.

Publish with confidence.

Every morning an article arrives for review. Read it, change anything, approve. When you trust it, switch on auto-publish and it runs without you, and an email still arrives the moment each one goes live.

Edit and rewrite

Change a line, or rewrite from the brief in one click. No SEO skills needed.

They get found. You?

Pages Google can see, headlines that match what people type, and something new every day. Together they build. This is the shape Google’s own report takes once a site has been on Meant SEO for a while.

Three questions: where the articles go, who they are for, and how much of it is yours to press.

When someone asks ChatGPT, does it say your name?

More and more buying starts with a question to an assistant rather than a search box. The answer names a handful of businesses, and most owners have never checked whether they are one of them.

Every week, we ask

Three questions a real customer would ask when choosing a provider like you, put to an assistant with live web search.

We record the answer

Whether you are named, where you come in the answer, and, the useful part, which businesses are named instead of you.

The plan answers back

The competitors it names and the questions it answers become topics on your plan, so the next answer has your pages to draw on.

Included in the plan. It runs weekly, on its own.

Works with your website.

WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Ghost, Sanity, Supabase or a webhook, onto your own domain, never ours. Squarespace has no way in for anyone, so there we hand you the article formatted to paste. Page fixes apply through WordPress, Shopify and Webflow.

Meant clients: included with every retainer. Registered non-profits: free, as everything at Meant is.

Built by a studio, for founders.

We built sites for founders for years and watched the same thing happen every time. The site went live, nobody ever told Google it existed, half the pages were never looked at, the tab still said “Home”, and the writing stopped after two posts. Not because anyone was careless. Nobody had told them any of it mattered. Meant SEO is the list we used to run by hand for clients, turned into something that runs every morning.

One storefront we built grew monthly sales 18× with no paid ads. Every rule here was learned on work like that first. If an article ever reads like a machine wrote it, reply to the email and I will read it myself.

Frequently asked questions.

What does “everything Google needs” mean?+

Four things. A site Google can open and understand, which is the fifteen technical checks. Pages Google has actually indexed, which means submitting your sitemap and chasing the ones it skips. Title tags and meta descriptions, the headline and the summary Google shows, matching what people type. And new pages that answer the questions customers ask, one every morning. Most sites have the last one at best, and usually not that.

Will it change my site without asking?+

That is your choice, asked once. Settings has three answers: you approve everything, you approve the writing and we handle the technical fixes, or full autopilot. Whichever you pick, you see the words that are there now, the words we suggest and why. Telling Google about your pages changes nothing on the site itself.

Is the content actually good, or just AI spam?+

Judge it before you pay: the first article is free. Each one is briefed against your site, drafted to a written standard that bans filler and the machine tells, then edited in a second pass. Facts with sources come from a live web search; anything unsupported is cut. Read the example above.

I have never set anything up with Google. Is that a problem?+

No. Google keeps a free account for site owners, and connecting it is one click with the Google login you already have. If your site is not registered with Google yet, we show you the two steps. Until then we measure what we can and say plainly what is missing.

Can I connect it to my existing website?+

Yes. WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Ghost, Sanity and Supabase connect in a few minutes with guided steps; any other site takes a signed webhook or the JSON feed. Squarespace is the honest exception: it publishes no API for blog content, so no tool can write into it, ours included. There you get the article formatted to paste in, with the cover and the meta tags, and you tell us the address afterwards so we can watch it and link to it like any other page. No blog yet? We write them and hold them on a private page until you have somewhere. We do not publish your articles on our own domain: the copy that earns you rankings has to sit on yours. Page fixes apply through WordPress, Shopify and Webflow; elsewhere they become a note for your developer.

Will it sound like us?+

The voice brief comes from your own pages: how you name things, how formal you are, what you never say. You can edit it, and every next article follows. Articles are written in the first person of your business.

Will AI content hurt my Google rankings?+

Thin pages, invented facts and link schemes hurt rankings, whoever wrote them. We do none of those: real research, real sources, internal links to your own pages, and no cross-customer link network.

Do I need to know anything about SEO?+

No. Everything with a technical name, the sitemap, the pages Google is skipping, the meta tags, the schema, the internal links, is handled for you and explained in plain words when it appears. Your dashboard is three screens: what is done, what is running by itself, and the few things only you can decide.

What languages does it write in?+

Fifteen, including Arabic, Greek, German, French and Spanish. You choose the language and the market on the second step of setup; the research and the plan follow it.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?+

No contract. Monthly is cancelled with one click; yearly saves two months. If the first paid month did not deliver what the plan promised, tell us within 14 days and we refund it. You keep every article.

What makes this different from ChatGPT or an agency?+

ChatGPT writes text when you ask it and only knows what you paste in. An agency looks once, sends documents, and invoices. Meant SEO reads your whole website first, keeps it in good standing with Google every day, corrects what your pages say about themselves, and writes, edits and publishes every morning. The table above puts the three side by side.
